<mark style="color:green;">**Phase 0 - Build Community**</mark> ✅\
Build the initial foundation of the BOOMTOWN community and establish a core group of early supporters to help shape the future of the decentralized protocol.

<mark style="color:green;">**Phase 1 - Token Mint**</mark> 🚧\
Kick off the limited 30-day minting phase to establish $BOOM’s fixed token supply and set the stage. We need X1 to launch first.

<mark style="color:green;">**Phase 2 - Launch Protocol**</mark> ❌\
BOOMTOWN will allow any user of the X1 blockchain to quickly, easily, and cheaply create and trade tokens that represent their projects and/or communities. Deployment should occur \~1-2 weeks after the minting phase ends.

<mark style="color:green;">**Phase 3 - Community Marketing**</mark> ❌\
At this point, BOOMTOWN's decentralized protocol is live and operating on mainnet with no admin keys, so it's up to the community to continue to build awareness, grow the network, develop partnerships, launch new projects and drive adoption of X1 into the future.
